Addison bekabelingssysteem, ontstaan als netwerkbekabelingssysteem dat op de markt wordt gebracht door Caledonian Cables Ltd, gevestigd in Sussex, Engeland. Caledonian Cable, opgericht in 1978, trad oorspronkelijk op de markt als OEM-fabrikant van kabelsystemen.
In de jaren negentig was Caledonian strikt een OEM-fabrikant van kabels en patchkabels voor de prestigieuze kabelbedrijven in Europa.
In 1997 trad Caledonian toe tot de markt voor databekabeling met complete oplossingen onder Addison voor de twisted pair netwerkomgeving. In 1998 kwam Caledonian uit als een van de veelbelovende fabrikanten van OEM-kabeloplossingen in Europa.
Het Adsoon OMS Network Cabling System bestaat uit een horizontaal netwerkbekabelingssysteem, een verticaal netwerkbekabelingssysteem, een backbone-netwerkbekabelingssysteem en een bekabelingssysteem voor het werkgebied, enz.
