RinserUsually, we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottleThe glass bottle will be feed into the machine through the screw rod to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. -the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again. (2). FillerFor the carbonated drink, the most sepecial with others drink is the filling temperature, it like the beer, the temperature is very cool, below than 4 degree, also contains some foam inside, so the filling valve should use the cooling filling way, also should can draw out the foam from the drinkThe star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps.
