This SBG1000 is designed for deburring and edge rounding all interior and exterior contours effectively in low cost but high performance.

The process can produce high-quality finishes; remove sharp, dangerous burrs; and produce a smooth edge. No burrs or sharp edges on parts also leads to safer material handling and increased personal safety. More importantly, it reduced liability!

The deburring belt works efficiently on the edge, holes and sides.  It can enter into the holes. All burrs stand on the edge and holes will be shaved ground. Meantime, the surface is less ground.

SBG1000 adopt the combination of triangular type abrasive belt head and top/bottom deburring belt for the application.

The abrasive belt head is used for the big burrs removal and deburring belt is for the deburring and edge rounding on edge and holes.

So you will get a smooth work piece while very less influence on work piece.
