High-performance 

Basic parts liBasic parts like machine bed, table, wheelstock/ headstock /wheel spindle housing etc., all made of high-strength iron casting,are by aging treatments and manual scraping to best guarantee stability and movement.
Bearings supporting ball screws and spindles are imported brand, and wheel spindle is driven directly by a rear-mounted motor.
High precision ball screws are adopted for each axis (X, Z, V and W axis).
High precision linear guides are used for wheel dresser carriage rails.

up to 3000mm in length and 250mm in diameter.

Key Configurations

Both grinding wheel spindle and work spindle, made of high quality alloy steel, are machined by precision grinding after carburizing and quenching treatment.

Ball screw bearings are imported brand with very high precision; grinding wheel spindle, driven directly by a rear-mounted motor, adopts static bearing structure, for a good rotating accuracy and rigidity.

Wheel stock rotary drum (for helix angle setting) is 

swiveled by hand.

X, V and W adopt high-precision ball screws, Z trapezoidal lead screw.

Imported high precision linear guides adopted for grinding

wheel dresser;

Filtering device employed for cooling system to filter cooling oil.

A full enclosure together with an powerful oil-mist processor equipped to protect working environment.
