The horizontal axial flow pump has been designed to handle both highly corrosive and clear liquid in high-flow and low-head applications. Discharge diameter from 200 to 1800 mm( 8 to 72 inches) In MVR water treatment, vacuum salt making, alumina oxide, mirabilite, chlorine-alkali industry, sodium sulfate, sugar making, seawater desalination and other industries as a transport or forced circulation evaporation pump . These excellent horizontal axial flow pumps, which have optimized hydraulic performance and advanced installation type could offer a long service life, minimal corrosion and maintenance as well as optimal energy efficiency.

• Suspension installation, no pump base plate, no expansion joint.
• Precision casting, number milling processing and fine grinding ensure the blade profile is accurate. Pump material is dense and uniform. Optimized hydraulics with innovative impeller provides high efficiency, and make sure horizontal axial flow pump unit operates with low vibration, low noise and reliability.
• Adjustable propeller blade for different working requirements,expand the application range and improve the versatility of elbow pump.
• The pre-assembled double-end static mechanical seal is standard and guarantees non-leakage and easy assembly.
• Strong shaft and large bearing frame. The oil chamber of the bearing frame is large, and the bearing is lubricated well. All of this make sure the the service life of the axial flow pump is greatly extended.
• Chemical horizontal axial flow pump is adopted slow speed technology. The damage to the crystal is small. And also has high efficiency and low NPSH.
• The flow parts of the axial flow pump could be selected from a wide range of materials to meet the requirements of a variety of severe working conditions. Most of the forced circulation axial flow pumps used in salt making industry are made of stainless steel or duplex stainless steel. Titanium axial flow pumps are used in chlor-alkali industry for resisting corrosion.CD4MCu axial flow pumps are used in phosphoric acid industry, Monel axial flow pumps are used for evaporation circulation in calcium chloride. The Axial Flow Pumps Installation Schemes:

	Pipe hung arrangement Cardan shaft with gearbox on separate baseplate required for motor with high dimensions and weight. Suspended pump avoids use of expansion joints.
	Horizontal installation The commom baseplate is needed when install axial flow pump and motor. The axial flow pump is driven by triangle belts or directly transmission.
	Pump hung arrangement Pump driven by V-belts. Motor installed on slide rails.
	Pump hung arrangement Pump driven by V-belts. Pump and motor are totally articulated, and they are no need baseplate, no expansion joint and transport.
	Motor installed on a support bracket with V-belt tensioning device. Common baseplate for pump and motor.

The application of the newest generation of horizontal axial flow evaporation circulation pump has been expanded from salt making/brine evaporation to: ammonium phosphate, phosphoric acid, caustic soda, alcohol, lactic acid, alumina, rutile, titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, refrigerant, molten salt, polyvinyl chloride and waste acid concentration and other industries. Installation form, not only the ground installation, hanging installation, but also to achieve floating installation pool surface.

Based on CFD technology, Optimize pump hydraulic performance more efficiently.
Adopting the optimization algorithm provided by Isight, it integrates the functional optimization platform of 3D modeling software Catia, grid division software ICEM and numerical simulation software CFX.
