Ons bedrijf kan diverse specificaties van de gesinterde siliciumcarbide bolletproof keramiek produceren, en heeft met succes grote en hele platen met een enkel gebogen oppervlak van bolletproof keramiek ontwikkeld.

* Ballistisch materiaal voor de platen:
i)  Alumina (AL2O3) keramische tegels en TYZ UHMW-PE-backing (III-IV)
ii) siliconen carbide(SIC) keramische tegels en TYZ UHMW-PE-rugzijde (III-IV)
III) 100% PURE TYZ UHMW-PE( III / III+/ III++)

* toepassing: armor platen voor kogelvrije vest, ballistische schild, kogelvrije muur, voertuig bepantsering, schip bepantsering en etc..

* Ballistische beschermingsprestaties: Gecertificeerd NIJ-STD-0101.06 niveau III / III+ / III++ / IV tegen hoge dreiging 7.62mm AP / API, multi-hits mogelijkheden.

* Bouw
i)  in combinatie met (ICW.) IIIA of een zacht panelpaneel met een lager risiconiveau;  
ii) stand alone (SA.), wat betekent dat het kan beschermen tegen de III/IV rating-dreiging zonder zachte armor ballistische panelen / inserts.

* Contour: Gebogen /vlakke plaat, shooters cut / Square cut / SAPI cut / aanpasbaar

Testen:
De meeste van onze kogelvrije producten worden getest in OBL, NTS, CHESAPEAKE, H.P WHITE LAB IN de VS en de andere laboratoria in Duitsland, Nederland, Nieuw-Zeeland, China etc. volgens DE NORMEN NIJ 0101.04,  NIJ 0101.06, NIJ 0101.08, EN1523, GA-141 2010 etc.

Als National  High-tech Enterprise gespecialiseerd in R&D,  productie en verkoop van  Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethyleen (UHMWPE)-vezels en de composieten is BJTYZ een beroemde high performance vezelleverancier geworden. Het onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingscentrum met een innovatieteam van  90 technici, waaronder bijna  30 afgestudeerden. A: Ja, wij zijn de fabriek.

V2. Hoe zit het met uw levertijd?
A:als onze voorraad genoeg is, sturen we deze normaal gesproken naar u toe nadat we de aanbetaling hebben ontvangen. Dit is afhankelijk van de artikelen en de hoeveelheid van uw bestelling.

V3: Kunt u de productie op basis van monsters regelen?
A: Ja, we kunnen produceren door uw monsters.
 
V4: Wat is uw voorbeeldbeleid?
A: Wij sturen graag monsters voor uw inspectie als we dezelfde of soortgelijke monsters bij de hand hebben. Aan nieuwe klanten moet u mogelijk de steekproef betalen (afhankelijk van de waarde van het product) en de exprekosten.  
En als u wilt dat wij hetzelfde monster maken als u nodig hebt, moet u ons het originele monster en de monsternamekosten sturen.

A:Ja, onze kwaliteitscontrole heeft een test voor de levering.
