High Temperature Air-Cooled Cold Dryer

Operating Principle

The compressed air enters the pre-cooler for preliminary cooling firstly, and then flows into the regenerator to exchange heat with the returning finished product gas to further cool down the compressed air, and discharge the condensed water out of the machine. After that, the compressed air flows into the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant to further cool down the compressed air to reach the required dew point temperature.
After the compressed air is gradually cooled by the pre-cooler, regenerator and evaporator, the water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water droplets, and the liquid water is separated by the action of the gas-liquid separator. The dry and cooled air passing through the gas-liquid separator passes through another flow of the regenerator, and is heated when leaving the dryer to reduce the relative humidity of the air.
