1.Product Features


The features of high quality battery for 12v 7ah sealed maintenance free motorcycle battery are a unique expanded plate grid design utilizing an increased number of plates for maximum starting power and to withstand severe vibration resistance, and
made with an enhanced active and separator materials: compounded to withstand vibration, prolong battery life and dependability.

Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separators absorb electrolyte making the battery nonspillable, the valve regulated design eliminates water loss and the need for refilling.

2.What material is AGM Separator are made of?
Glass Fibre
AGM Separator are made of fiberglass. It is mainly made of ultra-fine glass fiber (diameter in 0.4~3um) through the wet molding process, with non-toxic, tasteless, white characteristics. AGM Separator, also known as fiberglass separator or Absorbent Glass Mat Separator, is a high-performance separator material. Its product features include small aperture, large number of holes, good mechanical strength, acid corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can effectively prevent battery short circuit phenomenon.

In the manufacturing process, the AGM separator is usually made of 100% glass fiber as the main raw material, and is made by the high concentration pulper, the medium concentration slag eliminator, the concentration net forming, the direct winding after drying, the rewinding, the cutting and packaging and other steps. In addition, there is a technical option involving the use of 90 to 95 percent glass fiber and 5 to 10 percent plant fiber (such as coniferous wood pulp long fiber) as raw materials, with 80 to 85 percent flame cotton in glass fiber and 15 to 20 percent centrifugal cotton

We have the most complete and advanced testing system and equipment in China, we can simultaneously test the performance indicators of 108 batteries according to different requirements.

Parts of the performance testing on batteries by Chongqing Motorcycle Inspection Center and Chongqing Administration for Market Regulation are conducted in our Company.
