Product Description

DS-4 Automatic Pocket Spring Coiler Machine  is computerized to control every step of production from materials transfers coiling, shaping to pocket packing. It has been installed two sets of ultrasonic seal machine to seal the both sides and back of non-woven fabrics which will make the products in good shape. There are enough space left between each pocket spring for cutting purpose in order to save the fabrics and guarantee the accuracy of pocket spring mattress net and sofa cushion because of lower cost. Good structure and high production capacity.
