The outer tube is made of high-strength and low-alloy materials, tensile strength>500MPa, safe and reliable. The inner tube is made of high-chromium cast iron ,hardness>65, good wear resistance

 

Equal life design

According to the different flow rate, pressure and flow direction of the concrete in the conveying system, the theory of equal life is adopted, and the special parts such as flange and elbow are made of high-chromium alloy, and the wear resistance is 10 times that of the inner pipe of the straight pipe.

High precision,Lightweight

The wall thickness tolerance can be controlled within 0.2mm, which is far lower than the national standard GB8163 wall thickness tolerance of 0.8mm. The high-precision raw materials achieve uniform wear and at the same time ensure the lightweight of the conveying pipe.
