Introductie :HR (P) Type Two Stage Pusher centrifuge  is een soort tweetraps zuiger push en een continue werkende filtratie centrifuge , kan alle werking van het voeden, scheiden, drogen en lossen op  volle snelheid voltooien.

 

Het heeft de voordelen van  een grote productiecapaciteit, een goede dehydratie in vaste fase, een laag energieverbruik en een laag gewicht.

Toepassing :
Veel gebruikt in de chemische industrie, chemische meststoffen, zout, alkali, farmaceutisch, voedsel, lichte industrie en andere industrieën.

Typische toepassingsmaterialen zijn: Natriumchloride, kaliumchloride, ammoniumchloride, kaliumsulfaat, natriumsulfaat, mirabiliet, ammoniumsulfaat, kaliumcarbonaat, natriumhydroxide, nitrocellulose, celluloseacetaat, kaliumdiwaterstoffosfaat, urotropine en andere sulfaten, carbonaten, nitraten, fosfaten, enz.

Werkomstandigheden: Het voeden van vaste stoffen ≥ 30% , vaste deeltjes : 0.02-5 mm
