Warranty:
Guarantee for one year or 1000 hours whichever reach first from ex-factory date. During the guarantee period, Hensing Power will provide the free easy-damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by our quality of production or raw material. After expiration, Hensing provides cost spare parts maintenance of gensets

Q: What's your warranty period?
A: Our payment terms is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
Q: Does your generators has global warranty?
A: Yes, most of our products like Cummins, , Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroysomer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, we can accept OEM.
Q: What's your payment terms?
Answer: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms .
Q:What is your company's available production capacity?
A: 700 sets of diesel generator set per month and 2000 pieces of alternators per month.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: Our normal delivery time is 20-25 working days. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
Q.Can you offer parts to us if we need?
A:Yes,we can offer parts to you at any time,not limited in warranty time.usually the parts can be sent out during 3-5days.
