INDICATIONS
Levocarnitine for injection is indicated for the treatment of chronic renal failure in patients on long-term haemodialysis with a range of complications secondary to carnitine deficiency, with clinical manifestations such as cardiomyopathy, skeletal myopathy, arrhythmias, hyperlipidaemia, as well as hypotension and myospasm during dialysis.
Adverse reactions
1. systemic system: chest pain, cold symptoms, headache, injection site reactions, pain, etc;
2. cardiovascular system: cardiovascular abnormalities, hypertension, hypotension, tachycardia, etc;
3. digestive system: diarrhoea, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, etc;
4. endocrine system: thyroid abnormalities, etc;
5. haemolymphatic system: anaemia, etc;
6. metabolic system: hypercalcaemia, hyperkalaemia, haematochezia, etc;
7. nervous system: dizziness, insomnia, depression, etc;
