The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this period, we will provide you with free fittings. However, please note that all users must return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your charge before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be your responsibility, and reasonable charges will apply.

5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at the buyer’s site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers for installation according to the buyer’s schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and board of our personnel during the installation period and a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and other preparations necessary for the installation abroad.
