We67k-400X5000 CNC hydraulische drukrem en plaatbuigmachine

Hydraulische drukrem:
1) stalen constructie, trillingen om spanning te elimineren, met hoge sterkte en stijfheid van de spaander;
2) hydraulische aandrijving aan de bovenkant, stekelheid en betrouwbaarheid. Mechanische aanslag, stalen torsiestaaf om synchronisatie te behouden, hoge precisie;
3) gemotoriseerde verstelinrichting van de ruggauge en de rammen, fijnafstelling met het handwiel, numerieke weergave;

4) compensatie-eenheid voor doorbuiging geïnstalleerd op de bovenste matrijs. De matrijhouder met handmatige kroon wordt gebruikt voor de machine boven 250 T, lengte 4000 mm;
5) bescherming tegen reisbeperkingen. Volledige machinebeveiliging met veiligheidsinterlocker.
