Optimal cutter rows, cutter quantity, cutter length and cutter structure design largely improve the drilling capability and speed.
Widely used in oil exploration, mining prospecting, subterranean heat, hydrology etc.Steel tooth bit surface apply welding new wear-resisting material, keeping of high mechanical drilling rate, at the same time improve the bit cutting tooth life.
1) Steel tooth bit optimize the design of tooth row number, number of teeth ,showing teeth height and unique alloy tooth outline, give full play to the button bit high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability.
2) The hard satellite material is boned within the groove in the axis of the legs and the bearing contact surface. The special craft process has been applied in the inner surface of the cone which increases the ability of resisting occlusion and enhances the longevity of the bearing.
3) Silvering at inner surfaces of cone enhances the wear-resisting longevity of the bearing.
4) Two high-seturated nitrile butadiene rubber seals are used in the bearing , which ensures the high reliability of the bearing seal structure.
5) The wearing resistance of the bearing is improved by applying hard-facing layer on head bearing surface. So it can enhance the longevity of the bits.
