    Carboxymethyl cellulose is a non-toxic and tasteless white flocculent powder with stable performance and is easily soluble in water. Its aqueous solution is a neutral or alkaline transparent viscous liquid, soluble in other water-soluble glues and resins, and insoluble in ethanol, etc. Organic solvent.

Application

(1) CMC In detergent, CMC can be used as an anti-fouling redeposition agent, especially for hydrophobic synthetic fiber fabric anti-fouling redeposition effect, significantly better than carboxymethyl fiber.
(2) CMC can be used to protect oil Wells as mud stabilizer and water retention agent in oil drilling, and the dosage of each oil well is 2.3t in shallow Wells and 5.6t in deep Wells;
(3) CMC is used in the textile industry as sizing agent, thickening agent of printing and dyeing paste, textile printing and stiffening finish. Used as sizing agent can improve solubility and viscosity, and easy to desizing;
(4) CMC is used as a paper sizing agent in the paper industry, which can significantly improve the dry strength and wet strength of paper and oil resistance, ink absorption and water resistance.
(5) CMC is used as a hydrosol in cosmetics and as a thickening agent in toothpaste, and its dosage is about 5%.
(6) CMC can be used as flocculant, chelating agent, emulsifier, thickener, water retaining agent, sizing agent, film forming material, etc., but also widely used in electronics, pesticides, leather, plastics, printing, ceramics, toothpaste, daily chemical and other fields, and because of its excellent performance and wide range of uses, it is constantly developing new application fields.
