Toepassing

 CAPOX 2246 wordt voornamelijk gebruikt als antioxidant in natuurrubber, latex, synthetische latex, en in soorten plastic producten. Ook in olieproducten en voedsel met vettigheid kan het geschikt antioxidant bevatten. Dit product heeft een lage toxiciteit en vluchtigheid, geen vervuilingskleuring voor de toegepaste producten. Het is een wijdverbreid toegepast gehinderd fenolisch antioxidant.
