Due to its good water solubility, organic pea protein isolate can be used in plant protein drinks (peanut milk, wheat milk and walnut milk), health food drinks and sausages. It can also be used in the field of milk powder processing (infant formula, middle-aged and old-age milk powder) to increase the protein content and stabilize the quality.

Pea protein is made from high-quality non transgenic peas. The working procedures include separation, homogenization, sterilization and spray drying.
