A: Very easy, every customer can do it by themselves, we will supply all the components for installation and very detailed manual for you. If you still have confusion, our technician could support you all the time by video to make sure there is no mistake of connection.
Q: Can I buy full solar system from you?
A: Sure, Hinertech is a one stop energy solution provider, we have qualified technician team to design for your system, including wind turbine, solar panel system and storage system, we will provide clear installation instruction and you only need to ask a technician to install it for you.
Q: Does the shipping way to our country include tax?
A: It depends on the country and the shipping way you choose. Most Asian countries, most European countries, the United States, and Canada have tax-included shipping channels if needed.
Q: How to proceed with an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our
suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order. Finally, we arrange the production and then delivery.
