Product Description

Generally, the outer diameter of the product is 50-60mm, the aperture is 15-20mm, and it is hollow four-corner or hexagonal cylindrical. It can also be made into spherical, granular and honeycomb coal shape.

Material required: Moisture 8%-12%, size3-5mm

If moisture>12% may need dryer,We have air flow dryer and drum dryer.

If material size >5mm will need hammer mill or wood crusher.

Production of Briquette machine
1.Crushing the biomass material with a crusher, and then controlling the moisture content through a dryer.
2.The material is conveyed to the molding machine by a belt conveyor or manually, and after pressing and forming, fire wood rod are obtained. 3.The fire wood rod is passed through the carbonization furnace to obtain the finished carbon rod.
4.The process from raw material to fuel involves the following steps: biomass material collection, crushing processing, conveying to the molding equipment, pressing, shaping, output, cooling, and transportation,Finally, it is used as fuel for small-scale boilers and biomass power plants.

Application

Raw Material
Besides the material size must less than 5mm, the humidity of the raw materials is controlled in 8-12%.
Too wet or too dry will cause a bad forming effect.
If the material too big, we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement.
If your material moisture over 12%, we have a sawdust drying machine. After crushing, the material was delivered to the drying machine, then it was sent to forming machine.
Final Product
The available shape: cylindrical, square, hexagonal, hollow quadrangular, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge.
The available diameter could be: 45mm, 50mm,60mm,70mm,80mm with 15-20 mm hole in it and so on.

Production Line

1.Crusher (Wood Crusher)

Firstly, you shall crush the wood or other biomass material into sawdust (Size: less than 5x3 mm)

2.Dryer (Sawdust Dryer)

Secondly, you shall dry the powdery material until the moisture content is 8%-12%.

3. Biomass sawdust briquettes making machine
Third, produce different shapes and size of sawdust briquettes by our wood briquette machine.
4.Carbonization furnace

The forth step: you shall carbonize the sawdust briquette into charcoal briquettes.
