Koolstofvezels zijn een belangrijk ingrediënt in geavanceerde composietmaterialen. Het is de combinatie van hoge sterkte, hoge stijfheid,  extreem licht gewicht ,, niet beïnvloed door hoge temperatuur / brandstoffen / oliën, anticorrosie, en lage dichtheid die een product creëert
dat is een hoger composietmateriaal.

Koolstofvezel is licht, sterk en sterk. Het heeft een goede weerstand tegen vermoeidheid, hitte en corrosie. Breedte, axiaal, vezelareaal gewicht kan allemaal op maat gemaakt worden
