Product Description

 

1. The working principle of the equipment: manual unwinding (two rolls of raw materials) → conveying → two layers coincide → pillowcase ultrasonic sealing three sides → longitudinal folding → conveying → fixed length positioning cutting → finished product conveying. 
2. In the production of equipment, continuous and non-stop operation is adopted to ensure the edge sealing and folding precision of products and reduce the loss of raw materials. 
3. The pillowcase adopts the ultrasonic sealing method on three sides. The opening is reserved for easy taking of the pillow core. 
4. The equipment is equipped with synchronous conveying device and magnetic powder tension controller to ensure the finished product edge sealing and folding dimensional accuracy. 
5. The equipment is equipped with our innovative multi-functional special-shaped folder, which can convert more folding ways of products and facilitate adjustment. 
6. The device adopts servo control sliding block type transverse fork knife, which can be folded horizontally twice at most.
