Product Description

The rusting cleaning part adopts high-efficient blast wheel and full shutter type shot sand separator. 

The sweeping machine adopts specially made high-strengh nylon rolling brush and high-pressure ventilator.

The preheating and drying parts may adopt various heating methods. 

The paint spraying part adopts high-pressure airless spraying method. 

Complete set of equipment is controlled by PLC, and is the large-size complete equipment of international advanced level
 
It's mainly used for surface treatment (namely preheating, rust removal, paint spraying and drying) of steel plates and various structural sections, as well as for cleaning and strengthening of metal structure parts.

Introduction

Protecting plate
The cabinet of main impacting district has the high wear-resistant steel manganese 13(Mn 13). This protecting plate is our new research, installing more simply and repairing more conveniently. 


Sealed steel import and export
Given the specific characteristics of the workpiece cleaning, shot blasting machine designed for quick exchange of the door of the chamber body. When the clean-up of large-diameter workpiece, the replaced door Sandy; When cleaning small diameter of the workpiece when the door to put on small-ore.

Workpiece drive mechanism 
Shot blasting machine of this type can be assigned a variety of workpiece drive mechanism,Such as Tire,V-Ramp Roller and so on. 

Blast wheel 
This machine's blast wheel installed in the suitable location of the cleaning cabinet(Side or Top). It can be very good clean-up different diameter of the workpiece.  

Shot recycling & purifying system  
This system can be divided into the Abrasive recycling system and purify System, they consist of abrasive hopper, Abrasive conduit, shot valves (Blast wheel Assemblies), screw conveyors, bucket Elevator, abrasive /dust and separator, etc.  

Dust-removing system 
This system consists of collector,fan and connecting pipes(from the clean-up room,separator to the collector) and so on. Connecting pipe equipped with butterfly valves for regulating the air volume, so that the work of the various parts of equipment to achieve the best state, so that no dust in the course of their work spillover.
