Mode of Action

Secrete siderophiles, which can compete with pathogenic bacteria for Fe3+ in the soil. Since iron is an essential trace element for microbial growth, the botrytis fungicide can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
It produces esterases, hydrolases, and oxidases enzymes, break down the chemical bonds in the pesticide molecules, makes them more accessible to other microorganisms that can further degrade the compounds.
