Usage
Weigh 29.25g of this product, heat and stir it into 1000ml purified water, and pack it into a suitable container, the ratio of the filling amount to the height of the container should be in line, and the oxidation layer (pink) of the medium should not exceed 1/2 of the depth of the medium after culture. Autoclave at 121ºC for 15 minutes and cool rapidly. Before the test product inoculation, the medium oxide layer height should not exceed 1/5 of the depth of the medium. Otherwise, it must be heated in a 100ºC water bath until the pink disappears (not more than 20 minutes), quickly cooled, only once heated, and should be prevented from being contaminated.
