Waar wordt acesulfame voor gebruikt?
1. Natriumhypofosformonohydraat wordt gebruikt voor het elektroloos galvaniseren. Natriumhypofosfiet kan nikkelionen in oplossing reduceren tot metallisch nikkel op metalen substraten en op plastic substraten

2. Natriumhypofosfiet-monohydraat is een emulgator of stabilisator die een wit, geurloos, korrelig poeder met een zoute smaak is. Het wordt ook bereid als kleurloze, parelachtige kristallijne platen.
