A: We are located in the CBD area of Ganzhou city in Jiangxi China, near to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Xiamen.

A: We use professional customer management software. It is very helpful for customer filing, tracking, marketing and performance appraisal.

A: From Monday to Friday, our working time in office is between 9:00am to 18:00pm. Our sales managers adopt flexible working hours in accordance with our customers all over the world. Since the time you send us messages, we usually response to it in the hour.

A: We have promotion activities online and offline on some occassions, for example, our company aniversary month June, the birth month of our company founder Januray, the Alibaba great deal festival in September. A: We have rigorous process for determing the adopted products. We check carefully the product information with customers when negotiating, our sales managers record the order with clear product information, our product colleagues finish the product strictly and finally our quality control colleauges inspect the product carefully.

A: To avoid resources wasting, we offer the best MOQ for customers. For products with inventory, small quantity is OK.
15. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on order. Usually in 7 to 15 working days. We will positively communicate with customers when negotiating with clients.

A: When the complaint happens, we will take positive and responsible actions to solve the problem. We need picture or video materials from customers. Then we will analyze and judge the problem. And then we will give customers the best favourable solutions.

A: We classify samples according to the stages of negotiation. In principle, we are willing to provide customers free samples for market test and our customer just need to bear the shipping cost for the sample.
19. What is your payment terms and currency accepted?
A: T/T, Alibaba TradeSurrance payment,etc. We accept US dollor, Euro and cross-board RMB.
20. What is your shipping terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CNF and CIF are mainly adopted in Songcheng.
