We nemen volledig gebruik van een variabele helix hoek en ons speciale ontwerp om perfecte anti-vibratieprestaties te leveren, vooral voor de verwerking van roestvrij staal en non-ferro meataal snijden.  Grote  spaanderruimte voor uitstekende prestaties bij het verwijderen van spaanders.

2 Flute-frezen met vierkante uiteinden zijn perfect voor het afwerken van oppervlakken. Ze zijn centraal gemaald en geschikt voor gleuven, omtrekken, induiken en zware perifere snedes met een hogere feed rate.

Hardheid: HRC 45 graden-63 graden
Coating: Altin-coating van Balzers
Kobalt: 12%
Helix-hoek: 35 graden
Microkorrels: 0.4 um
Het werd voornamelijk gebruikt voor het bewerken van roestvast staal.
