Kogelklep met V-poort

Wafer patroon V-poort kogelklep is speciaal ontworpen voor het regelen van verschillende media zoals vloeistoffen, pulps en stoom. Het wordt gebruikt voor kleverige en kristalliserende media, vanwege de reinigingsfunctie van metalen zitting voor zowel besturings- als aan/uit-toepassingen waar standaard PTFE-kleppen niet duurzaam zijn. Als het medium vaste deeltjes bevat, zal de geometrie van de metalen zitting en het segment een betere werking als standaardkleppen garanderen. Deze kleppen zijn in één richting dicht, wat wordt aangegeven door een pijl volgens en 12266-1. De klep voor de sector van de kogelvormige wals is een klep met een kleinere boring, die overal in roestvrij staal is vervaardigd, met een hard verchroomde kogelsector en een stoel met een Stelliet- of PTFE-zitting. De V-poort geeft een uitstekende controlekarakteristiek die tussen lineair en gelijk percentage ligt. De aspakkingbus heeft spanbare grafietafdichtingen.
