Productbeschrijving
lpg-vulinstallatie (ook wel gascaffilling plant, cilinder-vulinstallatie, lpg-vulinstallatie, cilinder-vulstation, lpg-skid station, skid lpg station, propaan skid station, propaan bottelinstallatie) Is een voltooide mini-lpg-installatie bestaande uit lpg-tank, lpg-pomp en motor, machine voor het wegen en vullen van cilinders, kleppen en pijpleidingen. Het propaan-vulstation wordt gebruikt om cilinders bij te vullen, geschikt voor beperkte grondruimte. Gewoonlijk wordt een propaan-vulstation van 5 ton en 10 ton naast een tankstation voor brandstof geplaatst en wordt er een bottelservice voor cilinders aangeboden.
Functie
1. lpg-vulinstallatie voor het vullen van gas in cilinders voor thuisgebruik in verschillende afmetingen.
2. Een propaanvulinstallatie met 2 functies: Lossen van vrachtwagens en vullen van cilinders met 1 pomp
Digitale vulschaal met automatische vulopening, Thousans of Record Keeping, netto- en bruto-vulmateriaal
4. Pomp van propaan-vulinstallatie is optioneel: Schoepenpomp & Coro-Flo-pomp, turbine-pomp, Corken of Blackmer.
5. Motor van propaanvulinstallatie: ABB of SIEMENS Brand, Statisch-vrij, 380 V 3-fasig, 5,5 kW tot 10 kW
6. Pijpleiding: Stalen buis van 2" met veiligheidsretourklep, zeef, eenwegklep, afsluitkleppen.
7. Explosief Proof Central Control Panel voor het hele stationssysteem
8. Overige apparatuur: Zonnescherm voor vulgebied, lekdetector, ex-plosieve lamp
