Kenmerken:
2L-B Semi-Automatic blaasvormmachine is de meest kosteneffectieve oplossing voor de massaproductie van potten en flessen voor kleine en middelgrote fabrieken. De machines zijn ook ontworpen voor de productie van grote potten en containers met volumes tot 5 liter.
Het heeft de volgende kenmerken:
    • 1.       Maak flessen van 0,1 l tot 5 l (2 holtes)  
    • 2.       Uitvoercapaciteit tot 900 voor 0,6 l bij gebruik van blaasmatrijs met twee holtes  
    • 3.       Geavanceerd PLC-besturingssysteem met een gebruiksvriendelijk paneel en tijdregelprecisie van PLC tot 0,01 seconde  
    • 4.       Uitgerust met een speciaal ontworpen luchtopslageenheid  
    • 5.       Gebruik van infrarood voorvormverwarming  
    •        Onafhankelijke temperatuurregeling voor verschillende verwarmingslampen voor ideale preform-verwarmingsresultaten  
    • 7.       De verwarmingsplichten zijn in verschillende richtingen verstelbaar.  
    • 8.       Slechts door één persoon zonder speciale opleiding.  
    • Eenvoudige       installatie en startup-aanpassing.  
    • 10.   De afvalsnelheid van eindflessen bedraagt minder dan 0.2%.
