Specially designed for efficient tapping of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, aluminum alloy and copper. Adoption of applicable geometric angle (increased sharp cutting edge, large helix angle groove type) ensures extremely smooth chip removal and completely solves the problem of sticky chips. Designed to overcome the machining problems of stainless steel (austenitic 304/316, etc.), such as high stickiness, poor thermal conductivity, and easy work hardening. Powdered high-speed steel base material and heat-resistant wear-resistant coating are adopted to realize strong cutting edge and ultra-smooth chip removal. Effectively resisting wear and chipping, it is the ideal choice for efficient and stable machining of stainless steel threaded holes.

Designed to overcome the extreme machining challenges of titanium alloy (TC4) and high-temperature alloy (Inconel), such as high strength, high viscosity, extremely poor thermal conductivity, and susceptibility to work-hardening. Ultra-tough matrix combined with top-quality wear-resistant coatings ensures that the cutting edge is resistant to chipping and wear under high pressure. Significantly extends tap life and ensures the efficiency and reliability of threaded holes for high-value workpieces.

Five-axis grinding machine grinding tool process  

1. Clamping The bar blank is loaded into the hydraulic tool shank and locked to ensure that the bar fits the datum surface of the barrel clamp.
2.Measurement of runout Probe to detect the radial/axial runout of the bar (≤0.003mm), and automatically compensate for overshooting.
3. Change the grinding wheel set Switch the rough grinding wheel.
4.Rough grinding Grind the groove with parallel grinding wheel, cooling oil flushing to remove the residue.
5. Semi-fine grinding Grind the first and second rear angles with angle and fillet grinding wheels, and do end tooth grinding.
6. Fine grinding Use bowl-shaped grinding wheel to grind the cutting edge and end teeth.
7. End Inspection All dimensions of the tool are measured on-line by laser tool measurements. (R-value of the cutting edge/front angle/back angle/length/rounding).
