The aluminum PV mounting system is mainly made of aluminum alloy(Al-6005-T5) with two Q235B(HDG) ground anchor screw foundation, Aluminium solar ground mounting system is suitable for large-scale installation and integration into the power grid, and can also be installed in residential areas for household electricity.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION----SAVE TIME AND IMPROVE INSTALLATION EFFICIENCY:
 

STEPS 01

Install solar ground screws into the suitable point and keep on a parallel line

STEPS 02

Unfold the pre-assembled brackets and lock the "H" profile on the beam by responsible bolt and nut, then, put the competely brackets on the ground screws plate and fasten by bolt and nut matched.

 

STEPS 03

Install solar rails on the beam and fasten them by matched solar rail clamps.
 

 

STEPS 04

Install solar panels on the rails by solar mid clamps and end clamps. Finally,  a completely solar ground mounting finished.
