Product Description

The solenoid valve coil 02-178108 is a plug-in solenoid valve with a voltage of AC220V. The electromagnetic coil is directly installed on the valve body, which is enclosed in a sealed tube, forming a simple and compact combination.

Working principle of solenoid valve 02-178108: The solenoid valve is composed of electromagnetic components and a valve body. Electromagnetic components consist of fixed iron cores, moving iron cores, coils, and other components. The valve body is composed of a slide valve core, slide valve sleeve, spring base, etc. The solenoid valve is an industrial equipment controlled by the electromagnetic principle, which is used in the industrial control system to adjust the flow direction of the medium and achieve the purpose of automatic control. An electromagnetic valve consists of an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core, and is a valve body that contains one or several holes. When the coil is powered on or off, the movement of the magnetic core will cause the fluid to be cut off or conducted through the valve body, achieving the goal of changing the flow direction of the fluid.

Solenoid valve 02-178108 is an AST solenoid valve. During normal operation, the AST solenoid valve is energized and closed, thereby sealing the anti fuel oil leakage channel on the automatic shutdown emergency trip (AST) main pipe, allowing the oil pressure in the piston chamber of all steam valve actuators to be established. When the solenoid valve loses power and opens, the main pipe leaks oil, causing all steam valves to close and causing the turbine to shut down. The electromagnetic valve (20/AST) is arranged in series and parallel, which provides multiple protections. At least one solenoid valve must be opened in each channel to prevent shutdown. At the same time, it also improves reliability, and any one of the four AST solenoid valves that is damaged or refuses to operate will not cause a shutdown.
