Features

3. The German PA industrial CNC system is equipped with professional CAD-CAM programming software, which is powerful, easy to operate and highly efficient.
4. The standard equipped 6-position tool magazine enables continuous and uninterrupted processing.
5. The workbench is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°. The profile can be processed on three sides in one clamping. When processing deep through holes (special-shaped holes), deep hole processing can be achieved by turning the workbench, which improves efficiency and improves quality.
6. An automatic mercury oil supply system is adopted, and the cutting tool adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.
7. The main components of the machine tool are made of steel structure, and all have undergone vibration aging stress relief treatment.
