Product Description

    This machine is mainly used for de-airing and disposing mud for porcelain products,can disposing clay with moisture 20-24% . This equipment is consist vacuum pump and pug mill .Vacuum pump is connected with vacuum room of pugmill through pipe .After mixing in mud tank and extruding by spiral leaf ,mud is extruded into strips,then enter into vacuum room and finish de-airing .

After de-airing process and pressing,mud plasticity can be increased ,Mud density is high ,so finished ceramic products have Little deformation ,high strength and good quality

This machine is suitable for the production of ceramic products such as daily porcelain, electric porcelain, high alumina tubes, honeycomb ceramics, etc .This machine has a simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, and reliable operational performance, it is an ideal equipment for lab use.
