Xiamen Jinbo Noble Metal Product Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hongfa Electroacoustic Co., Ltd., was established in 1995 as an electrical contact manufacturer. Xiamen Jinbo has total assets of 30 million RMB and mostly supplies electrical contacts and their assemblies for many other Hongfa subsidiaries. The total sales reached about 150 million RMB in 2008 and 30% of them were for export. Our company has many types of advanced heading machines and automatic contact cleaning lines with a capacity of producing 1.2 billion contacts per year.
Our main products include solid and composite rivets, discs and its assemblies in various types of materials, such as fine silver, AgCdO, AgSnO2, AgSnO2In2O3, AgNi and AgCu. We also developed AgBiSeLa tri-metal rivet. Xiamen Jinbo offers state of the art electrical contact materials and designs for relays, switches, protectors, thermostats, contactors, timers, electrical tools and other electro-mechanical devices. Our company attained ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2002 and is working on ISO/TS 16949: 2002. Our products meet Chinese GB11096 and JB/T10383-2002 standards and the quality satisfies the requirements of first level Chinese and foreign industries. Pure silver has a high level of electrical and thermal conductivity, good plasticity and arc corrosion resistance, as well as a very low contact resistance. It is easily soldered and is the ideal contactor material for continuous, enclosed electric connectors. It is one of the most widely used materials in small capacity and low voltage electrical appliances, such as automatic control switches, thermostats, baking machines, oven, timers, thermal relays, and computers.
AgCu rivet:
This contact has good electrical conductivity and its surface is not liable to oxidization. The addition of 3 - 30% copper may remarkably improve the silver's flame resistance. Hence, copper contact material may be used in current strength up to 16A. The addition of copper, especially of high copper content, for example 10%, will greatly reduce material transferring during DC working conditions. It is widely used in AC contactors, relays, electric tool switches, buttons, timers, and other household electrical appliances.
AgCdO/Cu bimetal rivet:
This contact includes AgCdO10, AgCdO12, AgCdO15, and this kind of electrical contact has one of the most important materials in silver - metal oxide contact material. The fine CdO gives the contact special properties. When the temperature is above900oC, CdO sublimes, which cools the contactor surface and reduces arc energy and extinguishments. In addition, existence of cadmium oxide will improve the welding resistance of the contactor. Its typical applications include low voltage contactors, cam switch, relays, automatic switch flash relays, auxiliary switch series, timers, starters, breakers and leakage protective switches.
AgSnO2In2O3 rivet:
AgSnO2In2O3 is the most ideal environment-protecting material for substituting AgCdO...Because of better stability and higher hardness, AgSnO2In2O3 has better anti-welding and resistance to burning, especially within the oxidation process of acicular oxides precipitate orientation perpendicular to the contact surface of contact is beneficial to the performance. It's widely used in all kinds of contactors, molded case air switch, GFCI, DC Express switches, cam switches, contactors automotive, automotive protection switch, interior thermostat, micro-switches and high-capacity relays, as well as the aviation industry with a variety of switches.
