ER50-3 CO2 GAS-SHIELDED WELDING WIRE

Description: ER50-3 is a low alloy steel wire protected with pure CO2 or AR+CO2 gas. It shows a perfect performance in welding. The arc is stable and spatter is small. It has a good performance is crack resistance. Suitable for high speed welding on thin plates with low current.
Applications: Suitable for welding 450/500MPa grade carbon steel and low alloy steel, such as structures of bridges, vehicles, construction, pipes etc.
Typical chemical compositions of wire: C (0.09%), Mn (1.2%), Si (0.66%), S (0.020%), P (0.016%), Cu (0.20%), Others (<0.50);
