1.Power NTC thermistor introduction
Power NTC thermistor has an excellent non-linearity characteristic for resistance and temperature , its appliance is an easy and effectice method to protect electric device through surge current restrainning .
2.Resistance and temperature characteristic of power NTC thermistor
Power NTC thermistor can effectively restrain the surge current in the circuit ,and its resistance will fall down to a very small state through the current durative and the power consumption is commonly ignored , the coltage will be borne by the rear divice so that to guarantee the normal function of circuit .
The intergradations metal oxide as the main material , power NTC thermistor is a kind of semi-conductive component manufactured by the ceramic productive process technique ,it belongs to the category of negative thermistor series .
3.Range of application
Power NTC thermistor are widely applied in switch power ,conversion power supply ,UPS power and electronic rectifier ,heater ,etc , it has a protected function for RT ,display ,lighting device and circuit of different electronic equipments .
4.Nomenclature explanation
1. Zero-power resistance (R25) : the measured resistance of power NTC thermistor under the condition of 25ºC with a rated zero-power .
2. The maximum steady current (Imax):the maximum current that could be allowed connecting with the power NTC thermistor under the rated current condition (virtual value)

6.Characteristic of power NTC thermistor
1.The muaximum working current(Imax)>actual operating current in the power loop.
2.Power resistor nominal resistance R: R≥1.414E/Im.

Im:surge current for power Im=100 times the working current ; for the heating wire , heater circuit Im=30 times operating current.
3.The bigger the B value is , the less the residual resistance ,the lower the temperature rise.In general , the bigger the product of the time constant and dissipation coefficient ,the larger the heat capacity of resistor , the stronger the ability to suppress the surge current of resistor .

Onze belangrijkste productcategorieën zijn keramische condensatoren (50V-15KV), filmcondensatoren, ZVR zinkoxide-varistor, NTC-thermistor, veiligheidscondensator ( Y1, Y2, X1 ), veiligheidscondensator (MKP-X2 ). hebben snel 17 automatische productielijnen en hebben zelf een drietraps productielijn voor AC-keramische condensatoren (Y type) ontwikkeld. Onze automatische productie loopt voor op de meeste fabrikanten op het Chinese vasteland, met 20 miljoen keramische AC-condensatoren (Y1/X1, Y2/X1), 5 miljoen AC-filmcondensatoren (MKP-X2), 5 miljoen gemetalliseerde filmcondensatoren, 5 miljoen ZVR-zinkoxide-varistor en NTC-thermistor en 5 miljoen hoog-, medium- en low-diëlektrische keramische condensatoren elke maand. Door ons harde werk hebben we drie innovatiepatenten en 13 utility patenten verkregen.
Voldoen aan internationale normen zoals UL en VDE
hebben we een compleet assortiment certificeringen met betrekking tot productveiligheid, milieubescherming en bedrijfsmanagement. Voor de veiligheid hebben we UL, cUL, VDE, ENEC, CQC, SEV, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, En FIMKO-goedkeuringen. Ons bedrijf is ook ISO 9001: 2008- en ISO 14001: 2004-gecertificeerd. Op basis van QC 080000: 2005-regelgeving hebben we een Procesbeheersysteem voor gevaarlijke stoffen opgezet om gevaarlijke stoffen te beperken. Al onze producten voldoen aan de RoHS en REACH-richtlijnen, plus onze keramische condensatoren zijn vrij van halogenen, ftalaten en polynucleaire aromatische koolwaterstoffen. Ze zijn ook goedgekeurd door GB (China) en IEC.
