Product Description

 

1.The main bearing adopts high-quality, high-precision and high-speed bearings. The spindle is mainly equipped with servo spindle motor and servo drive, the starting and braking time is reduced by 50%, and the minimum cutting speed of the spindle is 50 r/min. (ck6130 spindle is variable frequency stepless speed regulation).

2.The lathe is driven by precision ball screw.

3.Full protection, integrated bed base, ultra-audio frequency quenching and fine grinding of bed guide rail, and full plastic pasting of sliding guide rail.

4.The tool holder has a row tool holder or a four-station tool holder, or can be mixed to increase the number of tools, which can be selected by the user.

5.The chuck and tailstock have manual, hydraulic and pneumatic options.

6.Main configuration of CNC system: KND, GSK, FANUC, Siemens, HNC, and others are selected by users.
